Conrad “Connie” Mayers was an officer cadet of the PRA.

Mayers led the convoy of Armored Personnel Carriers from Fort Frederick that fired into the crowd gathered at Fort Rupert on Bloody Wednesday.  He was killed during the assault by an armed civilian.
