Evelyn “Brat” Bullen (male) was an insurance agent based in St. George's Grenada and a friend of Maurice Bishop during the Grenada Revolution.

Bullen was executed alongside Bishop at Fort Rupert on Bloody Wednesday.

Evelyn Bullen's daughter married George “Porgie” Cherebin, a lieutenant in Grenada's PRA, who was also at Fort Rupert the day Bishop and others died.
