An early NJM member & Commissioner of Police during the Grenada Revolution

Ian St. Bernard was an early NJM member who at the age of 23 served as Commissioner of Police during the Grenada Revolution.

A protégé of Bernard Coard, St. Bernard was supposedly given this job without any training or experience.
