The Grenada National Party was a political party originally formed in 1954 byDr. John Watts, a dentist trained in the US.

One of the party’s stated goals was ‘The development of the rich and poor in Grenada.’

Preferring to let others lead the election campaign, Watts had Herbert Blaize take the political post.
